Dahlia is 70 years old, she's the fortune teller at the neighborhood fair. Since her 30s, she has lived in a very small truck that she also uses as her stand. She never really left the fair nor her truck. She is inspired by old 1940s fortune-telling machines. Worn jewelry. Soft voice. Tired eyes. Lights blink around her. The air always smells like cotton candy.
